What guests are saying about Hampton Inn Salt Lake City-Downtown:
"I wasn’t sure about this when we pulled up given that it seemed to be in sort of a transitional area (or so it seemed given how busy the street looked and how empty the surrounding blocks looked). I was pleasantly surprised as the inside was just so clean and nice and the service was amazing (front desk team are great). Breakfast had plenty of options, hot food, and the little scones were so delicious. The gym had all the equipment one could want and was quite large. Our room was very big with two clean beds and just spacious overall -Love that there were plenty of hangers and places to put things. We were able to walk to the park and the best farmers market on Saturday as well as a fantastic dinner at Urban Hill, which was right around the corner. Everything is easy to walk to and for the most part pretty safe (there are definitely homeless folks all over the place, but I guess that is now common to Salt Lake City). Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel and location and will definitely stay here again."

View on Google"It was a wonderful stay at the Hampton Inn on South 300 West in Salt Lake City. There was nothing stellar about the stay, but we hadn't expect there to be given the affordable prices. Yet, almost everything was done well from check-in to check-out. This includes very friendly staff, as well as a spacious room for 2 with a king-sized bed, couch, and refrigerator. There are many highly reviewed restaurants within walking distance of the hotel, but if you're looking to save money or time, the free breakfast spread was top-notch. A wide variety of foods from hot options to make your own waffles to the hard-boiled eggs. Oh, the little scones were surprisingly delicious. Overall a great 3-night stay that surpassed our expectations!"

View on Google"This was our second stay and both were very good. The rooms were quite clean, the beds and pillows were comfortable. My only real dislike was the layout of the bathroom: no good place to hang towels and having the barn door right next to one of the beds was awkward for anyone trying to sleep while someone was in the bathroom. Oh, and downtown SLC on a friday night is lousy with sirens blaring. You've been warned."
