"I had to take a moment to highlight the incredible service I received from Miranda at the front desk. When I arrived, I was initially placed in a ground-floor room. I stayed here last year and had a similar layout but on a higher floor, so I was hoping for something comparable this time. As soon as I approached Guest Services, Miranda greeted me warmly and genuinely asked how she could help. She went above and beyond, she seamlessly moved me to an eighth-floor room, made the entire process feel effortless, and treated me with so much care and professionalism. I’ve truly never felt so accommodated in a situation like this. She called my room and made sure I had everything and that I was comfortable. Then mentioned she was just a call away if that changed. I also had a complication with the app, and when I stopped by the front desk the office was closed, but they made a note. The next morning, Miranda personally called me, walked me through every detail step-by-step, and even sent a follow-up text letting me know she was available if I needed anything else. That kind of attentiveness is rare and so appreciated. Her kindness, efficiency, and genuine commitment to guest comfort made the start of my stay exceptional. Westgate is lucky to have her!"

"We had an incredible time while we were here with family. Beautiful resort with activities, relaxing spa and dining choices. It is right on the mountain side with great views all around. We met many nice employees but Tiffany Blair, the Safety Director, was one we remember very well. She greeted us with a smile and a big hello! She answered a few questions I had and pointed out things to do in the area like the Olympic Ski Park. We enjoyed our visit and will definitely be back again."

"We had an amazing stay at Westgate Park City Resort & Spa. The room was beautiful, spacious, and extremely comfortable. The location is central and convenient, and the amenities were excellent — everything about our stay felt thoughtful and well done. We did have a small issue on our last day, but what truly stood out and turned everything around was the incredible help we received from Dakota Bybee from Security. Dakota went above and beyond for us. He was kind, patient, attentive, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was resolved properly. He took the time to help us fully and made sure we were completely taken care of. Because of Dakota, what could have been a stressful ending became a moment of gratitude and relief. He truly made it all better and put the biggest smile on our faces and in our hearts. His professionalism and compassion made a lasting impression, and he is absolutely the highlight of this review.
