The staff, particularly the front desk personnel, were very helpful and respectful, and were a major reason for the high rating. The complimentary breakfast was basic but sufficient. While the offerings didn't change throughout our stay, making it a bit repetitive after a while, this wasn't a significant issue for our short stay. We appreciated the hotel's flexibility with our late check-in and early check-out."
