La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Corpus

"The one reason this hotel has deserved a 5 star is the exceptional customer service and experience, since the moment we have walked in this hotel we have been greeted with extreme respect and welcoming hospitality by a gentleman named Alejandro. he is truly one of the kindest sweetest people you will meet in this hotel, he works tirelessly to make sure the hotel is running perfectly, if anything he’s the reason I gave this place a 5 star! Every time we needed coffee he made sure it was fresh and hot, he maintained such friendly atmosphere our entire stay we couldn’t resist but to extend our stay for another day, he is extremely kind to everyone that has checked in in the hotel, we’re looking forward to coming back to this hotel! Our room was very clean and organized but aside from that the best thing about this hotel was the customer service and Alejandro’s kindness , I believe a welcoming hospitality is key to a great visit, I honestly have no reason to complain about this hotel at all and I’m very stunned by how sweet this man was, this place is wonderful and so are the people in it!! LOVE IT."

"The hotel seems to be a newer location. This la Quinta is right in the heart of airline. Walking is Whataburger, Chey’s even Cheddars. Check in was seamless and I thank the front desk staff for your help even before hand. The parking lot is clean no trash over flowing in n the driveway. Ample parking with handicapped plates or placards. Parking at the back of the hotel as well and very lite at night. I felt safe leaving the car there and walking out with my pet. The pet policy was huh? lol but understood after the agents took the time to explain at check in. When you check in bring in your plate number because it is requested. Keep your car safer lol. Pool is located inside the hotel. I didn’t use because of my short time here. But it looked inviting. I’m not a person who works out so I have no comment good or bad about the gym, did they have one? Hallways up and down in the 3rd floor were nice, clean and not hot as some places are hot. I felt the hallway was bigger than other hotels. Breakfast was good. It’s a normal waffles, eggs, cereal etc… juice coffee and water. Everything in the kitchen was clean nothing over cooked or looked like it had been there since the beginning of the morning. Good did not make my tummy sick so I’m glad for that. The eating area was clean not left over I cleaned tables. I felt I could sit anywhere and be comfortable. Tv was at a good level that you did not have to yell to have a conversation but still hear it in the background and know what was being said. There is a little snack shop in the lobby that you can purchase chips or water I saw even ice cream, yumm. Elevators were fast it is only 4 floors but still didn’t have to wait long. One thing I saw was on the second elevator one of the floor buttons was broken. It didn’t mess with the functionality of the button though. Check out was easy and fast. Alejandro was awesome. So in ending one sorry for the long review. 2 I would plan on coming and staying here again when in town. 3 All the staff has been accommodating from reservation the check out. Thank you for your hospitality. Lastly, Casey worked with me and she was amazing as well before check in and I thank you so very much!!"

"I'm only here for one night and I just checked in earlier today but so far this place is a solid five stars. The room is beautiful. Two TVs, couch, very comfortable bed, walk in shower (huge plus in my opinion.) I can't believe I'm going to compliment a hotel on their artwork, but even that is great. Very modern and stylish. I haven't seen the breakfast yet but judging by everything else I'm sure it's great too. I honestly couldn't knock this place one point no matter how hard I tried. Deluxe room is huge btw and smells great. 88 bucks on a Monday afternoon. If you find anything better please let me know but good luck. And for the staff, only person I encountered was the girl who checked me in and she was super friendly and has beautiful eyes 😎"
