"The staff went above & beyond to make our stay great. They were very friendly & helpful with everything we needed or asked about. The room was clean, roomy & the beds were so comfortable. They didn't mind our grands being normal kids either. They had everything decorated so festive for fall. I also enjoyed the fresh smell of apples throughout the hotel as well. View on Google"The best room I've ever stayed at in Pigeon! Pristine condition rooms, clean continental serving trays, attentive desk people, fantastic cleaners! The breakfast was fantastic, but truthfully a little crowded. Y'all maybe need a 2nd line/counter? Free flowing coffee machine in the lobby with flavored creamers & even tea bags! Just... an amazing visit."

View on Google"This is our first time staying here after year's of visiting the Gatlinburg/ Pigeon Forge area. We stayed in room #315 overlooking ourdoor fireplace. This place is soooooo clean and cozy and the hallways smell so nice like apples. Nicely updated, spacious rooms. Staff is very friendly, has indoor and outdoor pool, hot tub , fireplace and an area with complimentary Coffee, cider and tea. The breakfast is included but an (okay breakfast ). We purchased two of their robes which are very comfortable and well made. I definitely reccomend this place and hope to stay here again in the future. It is located on the strip to get to everything and the trolley stop is at the corner of hotel in case you want to ride without the stress of driving DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!!!!!"
