About The Hotel

Tucked in the heart of Sioux Falls, this Sheraton offers a hidden gem for hot tub lovers: select rooms with private whirlpools. If you’re looking to soak away travel stress, these in-room Jacuzzis are your personal relaxation zone. The tubs are roomy enough for two and provide perfect unwinding after a long day of meetings or sightseeing.

Guests really like this place, ranking it #32 out of 63 hotels in the city with a solid 3.7 rating on TripAdvisor. The hotel delivers solid basics with free parking, a fitness center, and an on-site restaurant. But for hot tub fans, the in-room whirlpools are the real star. Each tub offers warm, bubbling comfort that beats a standard hotel pool any day.

Beyond the Jacuzzi, the hotel serves business and leisure travelers well. You’ll find meeting rooms, a shuttle bus service, and wheelchair access. The rooms are clean and functional, with good Wi-Fi and room service. But let’s be honest - if you book here, you’re coming for that sweet, private hot tub experience. Pro tip: Ask specifically for a room with a whirlpool when you reserve.

"It was nice. We were club level atrium. We had a hard time falling asleep due to all the chit chat at the bar but otherwise it was great the gentleman I got to speak with in the club lounge were just great!! I wish I had gotten their names I remember seeing the name tag of one it was a unique but cool name and the dinner guy from last night were just really great conversationalists!!! We’d spoke about idioms last night and horses this morning. Today, this morning Heidi was just a hard worker and kept the lounge in tip top shape!! Kudos to those employees!!! They are all top notch. I liked the lounge better than the room!! Walls had a lot of white smudges on them and the bath tub was subpar television is tiny and the comforter is definitely needing replacement. The pull out couch was absolutely terrible!!! Stained and all spring no passing the pillows need a revamp. So honestly had it not been for the club lounge (great food and snacks and excellent coffee) and the employees that tended it this stay would have been given 2 stars but they made it all a great place to be!!"

"Room was roomy with a super comfortable bed. A few minors things in the room. But I did not book a brand new hotel. Staff were amazing. Room service was fast, friendly and the food quality great! Will definitely return!"

"Last minute trip to SD and we ended up staying here due to location. We checked in late around 11pm. The staff member was super nice and even asked if we wanted to have extended check out due to our late arrival. Told us about the breakfast and what time check out actually was ( which never happens anymore). The hotel was beautiful and really clean! Would highly recommend."
