"I stayed at this hotel and was really impressed — the rooms and facilities are great for the price. During my stay, I accidentally lost my car keys, and the staff went above and beyond to help me find them. They were incredibly kind and even took the extra step of dropping the keys off at the rental company for me. Truly outstanding service — the best hotel with the best people! Highly recommended!"

"Very convenient given I was close to the monument hospital were I was tending to a family member.The rates were very fair considering it was a last min decision In need of somewhere with out setting up my stay in advance. But the outstanding friendly and accommodating service I received by Daniel/Danny was above and beyond and just the positive attitude and overall homie vibe was just the kind of pick me up i needed in my current situation that I was unable to shake untill arrival. I was greeted with a professional and respectful but family oriented conversation as if running into a loved relative whom uve not seen in far too long caught me off guard but in a pleasant and much needed manner ive stayed at many different establishments and have to say that genuine people like her are few and far between she was a very kind hearted relatable and sad to say rare person especially in the hospitality industry we had a great conversations over my two night stay and was a much appreciated sympathetic ear to my situation at the same time as not to dwell on it making my stay one of the top 10 places ive been to based on interactions such as that alone and I consider myself pretty well traveled people like her make what should of been a far more gloomy experience a treasured memory and a lesson to one self as to not take situation out of your control so negatively she was very attentive to any request I had and I just don't have enough good to say about the professionalism she exudes and am greatful for the reminder i had forgotten existed in the hospitality industry so im writing this in hopes that she knows how greatly appreciated she was and i hope her management sees what a solid employee they have and she is well taken care of without people such as herself its usually the make or break deciding factor for a repeat customer and if im ever in the vicinity again I will definitely be staying there thanks for hearing my two cents and I hope this is helpful for a fellow traveler undecided on where to go."

"I had several points to be used but never could get access, I had call a made my reservation and once again not having any luck. But once we arrived Brook at the front desk fixed all my problems. She was so helpful and very respectful. The room was great bed was comfy. Enjoyed our stay here"
