"so i never write reviews but i was blown away by the service here it has been the best that I have had since using hotels for my job. I had a two week reservation but 1 week was in 1 room and the next was in another room. You are suppose to check out on Sunday at 11am and check in is not till 3pm or 4pm each day. All I had to do was switch rooms but they have to clean them first. So i was worried I would have to check out go find something to do for 5 hours and check back in its just not that convenient. So i spoke with Tyler and he got me a room right as I checked out of my first room maybe 10 minute wait. Anytime I needed something Tyler was there to help and with a great attitude it made my hotel experience a lot better. I really appreciate his hard work and caring for the customer I will definitely stay here in the future."
