"5 star hotel! From the valet service to the check in process everything was amazing. Room was very clean. The bartender a young Jamaican woman was very friendly, the food was fresh and tasty! I had the chicken tacos. Great walking distance for exploring near shops. The price was worth every dollar spent for this trip! Definitely using this hotel next visit. Only 1 eh, that doesn’t change my 5 star review. The hottub had a lot of chemicals in there. We could only stay in less than 10 minutes because everyone eyes burned badly. We could see heavy white foam floating. So we did exit the Hot tub."

View on Google"My husband and I stayed here and had the greatest time and experience. The staff was so sweet and accommodating. They texted everyday making sure our stay was going good, we never had a hotel do that. It was such a peaceful stay the room was very clean private balcony looking out on the beach. The people who did the velet was also friendly even though we didn't use their service they did tell us where there was free parking near the hotel and always greeted us daily. The security guy Robby was friendly even asking how our stay was and telling us about the area. Hands down the excellent service and staff made this stay even better. I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone. They were actually the only place that also had the decent price that we got as well for the days we needed."

View on Google"I always have the best experience when I stay here!! The rooms are clean and spacious. The food is delicious and they have awesome staff!! Super friendly and helpful. My favorite-Shana-Kay provides the best services and makes the best drinks!!!! I love her personality and that beautiful accent! If you visit ask for Shana she is hands down the best!! This place is worth every penny!!"
