"late review but my husband & 1 year old had a wonderful time at sonesta back in september. very relaxing, beautiful upgrades. we enough poolside bingo as well as the great food. the seafood dip is phenomenal. also, nigil at the front desk offered exceptional customer service!! we appreciate everything he did to ensure we had a wonderful stay. we will definitely be returning next year."

View on Google"We are just back from an amazing few days at his hotel. Our stay was completely faultless. Every staff member we encountered was friendly and extremely helpful. The rooms were very comfortable, clean and spacious. The front desk team arranged a lovely amenity for our celebration. We decided to dine in the hotel throughout most of our stay and the food was delicious every time. Who knew cauliflower and pear soup was a thing?! Absolutely delicious! The weather wasn’t amazing but we were able to relax by the pool during the day and the fire pit at night. I would recommend this hotel to anyone, whether business or leisure…and we will definitely be back when next in the US."

View on Google"We stayed visited Hilton Head in July for my birthday and had a wonderful stay (despite a few hiccups) at the newly renovated Sonesta dog friendly resort. We booked a king suite, however, they assigned us an ADA king suite because it was on the first floor which is the dog friendly floor. The suite did not have a vanity (only a sink with no counter or storage) nor did it have a sofa living area and this was very upsetting as it was not what we expected and paid for our 5 night stay. The resort was completely booked with no other rooms available. We would like to commend Douglas and Rogerio at the reception desk as they worked very hard to make my birthday stay memorable to move us to a suite when one became available. In the interim they offered us 4 drink passes and breakfast for our entire stay. By the 3rd night we were moved to a suite that exceeded our expectations and was very comfortable on a higher floor. Thank you Douglas and Rogerio!! The newly renovated resort was lovely with beautiful grounds and a quick stroll to the breathtaking beautiful sunrises everyday! Breakfast was delicious and the service was wonderful by all. Our only disappointment was that we missed the opening of the newly renovated pool bar by just a few days! We will be back soon for another visit to enjoy it!!"
