"We recently stayed at Hotel Bennett in Charleston for our first family trip, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to accommodate our needs as parents traveling with a toddler. They provided a crib, a pack-and-play, and even surprised us with thoughtful touches like a teddy bear, a cozy blanket, and a bath set for our little one. The hotel itself was beautifully decorated for the holidays, creating such a magical atmosphere. The service throughout our stay was exceptional—every team member was warm and welcoming. One moment that stood out the most was during our visit to the bar on Monday evening. A HUGE shoutout to our server, Lillian, was absolutely amazing. She noticed we were parents trying to enjoy a cocktail while managing a toddler, and she stepped in with such kindness. She played with our child, held him, and gave us a few precious minutes to relax and enjoy our drinks. That small gesture made a huge difference and truly elevated our experience. On top of that, the hotel surprised us with a complimentary dessert and a lovely handwritten note, which was such a thoughtful touch. Hotel Bennett exceeded all our expectations, and we can’t recommend it enough—especially for families. We’ll cherish these memories forever and look forward to returning!"

"Quite fancy this time of year. Hotel lobby all decorated for Christmas but not a lot of screaming kids. Thank god. We are and drank at a table kind of in the hallway around the corner from the lobby bar. Fantastic waiter. Wish I remembered his name. If your his boss you need to know how good he was. So I'm going to describe him. I apologize to anyone I offend with my description. Not really. He looked about 30. Dark hair a little long. Spanish or Latin descent I would guess. Maybe a slight accent but not distinct enough to identify. He knew the menu well and assisted us in ordering. All of his recommendations were perfect."

"Hotel Bennet is one of the most amazing hotels I have ever stayed in. From the valet, door greeters, front desk to cleaning staff everyone was so amazing! The hotel itself is just beautiful. The room didn’t feel like a hotel! The doors from the bath to the bedroom were so beautiful and I loved that you could open it up. We had an amazing view of the church across the street from our room that was breathtaking both day and night. Can’t wait to come back!"
