Holiday Inn Express & Suites Warminster

"This was our third visit in the past year at this location. This is by far the nicest Holiday Inn Express I have stayed at. I was booked with a Friday check in and Sunday check out. Once I learned I did not need to stay Friday night, I ran in to a slight issue. I called the hotel the Monday before my visit and the woman I spoke to said I could not cancel Friday night because they were booked for the weekend. I asked if the cancelation policy changes when they are sold out. While she said no, she explained the system gets wonky and won’t allow her to cancel only Friday. She offered to send me a credit card authorization form so they can charge my card without my presence on Friday. I did not want to pay for a night I wasn’t staying at the hotel and I was within the cancelation period. My next plan was to cancel the room completely and stay elsewhere. This was disappointing because we really like this facility. Luckily, when calling back, I spoke to Hailey who was able to help me and was an absolute doll to work with. She made the necessary adjustments and it was a pleasant interaction. Upon arrival, we were greeted by Keyon who remembered our party from our prior visits. Again, a really great interaction and he was very kind and pleasant. He is so personable and he also greeted us with a welcome bag for reward members. This is a nice gesture from the hotel. Our overall stay was short but a great visit. The common area at this hotel is so nice To gather and talk with other guests. It’s a very clean hotel and the rooms are so spacious. We definitely plan to stay here again the next time we visit the area."

"The hotel surpassed our expectations in all respects, offering remarkably spacious rooms with sofa beds and an impressive range of exceptional amenities, including a refreshing pool, relaxing hot tub, and complimentary breakfast. Furthermore, a new coffee machine was available for relaxation and alertness at any time."

"Everything was overall was good. Room was clean, but it was a bit chilly (even though we had the thermostat at 74) breakfast options were very good. Mini omelettes, bacon, sausage, turkey sausage, potatoes, different breads, cinnamon rolls (the best), pancakes, cereal, fruit, juices, and the big plus that coffee and tea were available 24/7. The pool was cold but the hot tub was awesome! We will definitely come back."
