What guests are saying about Drury Plaza Hotel Pittsburgh Downtown:
"Our stay at the Downtown Pittsburgh Drury Inn was excellent from start to finish. The rooms were immaculate, spacious, and very comfortable. As first-time visitors to Pittsburgh, we were initially hesitant about staying downtown, but the location felt very safe and was conveniently walkable to many attractions. The amenities truly distinguish this property from others. The pool and hot tub, complimentary popcorn and beverages, included breakfast, and evening kickbacks were outstanding and added tremendous value to our stay. One area for improvement would be clearer communication regarding the concierge fee prior to booking, or inclusion of this cost within the room rate for greater transparency. The staff was consistently professional, warm, and attentive, including management, dining staff, and concierge services. Their hospitality made us feel genuinely welcome and well cared for throughout our visit. This was one of the best hotel experiences we have had. We will certainly return and will choose Drury Hotels for future stays. Highly impressed."

View on Google"We loved our stay at the Drury! Great location downtown in a historic bank building giving it extra character. The lobby was inviting and cozy with plenty of room for guests to relax. Everything was clean and well maintained, and there were plenty of perks including a great breakfast spread and dinner/happy hour! They also had water, coffee, and soft drinks available throughout the day and freah popcorn in the afternoons! The room was clean and well stocked with everything you need, which was very impressive, I never had to request an extra towel or necessity! Most importantly, the customer service was excellent throughout our stay and you could tell the staff enjoyed their jobs and wanted you to be happy. Rita, Logan, and Taymar were a joy! Thanks for the relaxing stress free stay!"

The beds and pillows are beyond comfortable, rooms are clean, and most importantly the walls are thick and you can not hear your neighbors at all. You can barely hear people in the hallway. The hotel also provides complimentary breakfast and dinner daily and they have a hotel bar and a bar at dinner that serves beer and single mix drinks and shots. The hotel gives you 3 drink tickets for adult beverages. The 1st drink is free and the other 2 drinks are just a $1 a piece and they are for beer, shots, or single mix drinks (I recommend vodka cranberry) The hotel is located in walking distance of multiple restaurants, shops, and even a target marketplace. Pittsburgh uses public buses but the city also has a light rail subway train that is just 2 cars long. The locals call it the T system and it is 100% free. The steel plaza T station is a less than 5 minute walk and it travels to the north shore with the last stop being at acrisure stadium and I mean right in front of the stadium which makes going to the game convenient. The drury hotel is a 8 minute drive or Uber ride to the carnegie museum of art and natural history and to the market strip district. The hotel staff is friendly, helpful, and overall I would give the drury ππππππππππ if Google would let me. It will be the only hotel I stay at when I come back to the burg"
