"My stay started as a comedy if errors. There was a computer issue with my reservation. Which the girl at the first desk fixed right away. Though it puzzled her. It kept telling her my last name was different. I've only ever had the one. Then she gets me keys. The first room doesn't have any sheets on th bed. She apologized profusely and immediately got me another room. My first night the refrigerator in the room dies. Leaving a huge puddle of water in front of the bathroom. I cleaned it up. And made she to again tell the girl who was working the counter again in the am. She was so embarrassed but unfailingly kind. The trip was one weird thing after another but the staff is as remarkable. I often pick this hotel bc of the Jacuzzi in the room. It's a nice private getaway when life is too stressful. I'm so grateful for the people who work there. If you don't mind the occasional thing going wrong make sure you stay with them. Kindness goes a long way."
