What guests are saying about Mount Airy Casino Resort Spa:
"I love Mount Airy Casino in the Poconos, PA. I drive two hours to come here, and it’s always worth it. I usually win some type of jackpot every time I visit. The casino is clean, the restaurants are nice , and I appreciate that they have both smoking and non-smoking sections. Overall, it’s a great experience and definitely deserving of five stars. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐"

The staff has always been nice, aside from a couple of the same beverage ladies on the floor. The one, is rude if you don't tip. The drinks are complimentary. Just yesterday I flagged her down. (As usual because often they're scarce). I just wanted a coffee, which btw was the worst ever. She gives me the coffee. I turn to get a buck out of my bag. She, quietly says oh that's nice and left. Apparently she assumed I wasn't going to give her a tip. The next one , gave me a completely ice melted watered down diet Pepsi. Next, slots. Extremely tight. I again dumped another $800. I won't again. Next- the smoke is horrific. I wear a mask in there. I wreak of smoke when I leave there. Part of the floor is non smoking, really, that makes no difference. It's terrible and in necessary. Make the place no smoking. The staff at the welcome desk and service are very nice. I love the design on the non carpeted floor. Next: the buffet, staff is mostly very nice. The food is always fresh, the salads are great, the shrimp is great. Prime rib, too raw but they'll cook it for you if you ask. One of the 3 trays , I think it was supposed to be sauteed mushrooms- empty and dried juice in there. The other 2 had onions, and peppers. Big pasta shells, dried out and hard. The deserts are great. Guy Fieri's- no thank you. The prices are ridiculous, the food, diner food, and the chairs are terrible. They're way, way too low. I've had a leg injury in an accident and I can't sit that low and I can't get out of the dam chairs. The floor is slippery. $15 for a milk shake. No thanks. We won't be back."
