"My family and I stayed here a few weeks back and it was such comfortable, cozy and warm place. When you arrive you’re greeted by friendly staff. The common area has puzzles, games, pumpkin painting, books and more. They also have coffee and tea all day, plus popcorn. The rooms were quite large, the bathrooms were updated. The beds were comfortable and the hallway has single seater couches and tables plus bookshelves filled with books. Overall the experience was great and I would go back for the mere fact it is family owed, traditional and warming place the you want to stay a while."

"This hotel is in a great location only 3 minutes from dorney Park & about 10 to 20 minutes from other good restaurants and attractions in the area. We had a small issue with our room when we arrived and they were very helpful in moving us to another room the next day. Staff is very friendly and gave good advice on things to do in the area. Rooms are a bit outdated, but very clean. Loved the patio with the rocking chairs! Pool and hot tub were nice. They even make Popcorn at 3:00pm everyday. Thank you for all your help Theresa!"

"At Breakaway Tours, we’ve proudly been sending a motorcoach to the Country Inn of Lancaster nearly once a month for the better part of 30 years. Over those decades, we've consistently experienced warm welcomes, professional service, and a reliable team that always makes our groups feel right at home. Of course, in any long-term relationship, there will occasionally be bumps in the road—but every time, the staff at the Country Inn has responded with grace, professionalism, and solutions that exceeded our expectations. That kind of consistency is rare, and it's why we continue to bring our guests back time and time again. Recently, the hotel faced an unexpected challenge in the form of a fire. We’d like to give a special shout-out to Emily, the Executive Director of Sales and Marketing, for her calm leadership and care during the incident. She ensured that all guests were safe and looked after, and she didn’t forget her team either—making sure the staff had coffee and comfort once things were under control. That kind of attention to both guest and employee well-being speaks volumes about the heart behind this hotel. We see you, Friend. Thank you to Emily and the entire Country Inn of Lancaster team for decades of dependable hospitality. We look forward to many more years of partnership! — The Team at Breakaway Tours"
