"We stayed for one night (10/12-10/13), unfortunately I did not catch the name of the woman at the front desk who helped us, but she was a gift! We'd never been to Salem before, and she helped us find some really interesting things to do in the area for our short visit. She also helped us identify the gear we need to stay dry and comfortable during our visit. The hotel itself was clean, quiet, and overall an enjoyable experience. However, the staff definitely made the trip 10x better."

"For the most part I didn’t like it. The place was way dingier than the pics made it seem, the rooms smelled like a swimming pool, and it was loud. Four stars because I found a top notch glory hole by the ice machine that I’ll be ready to use next time I go back. I’m going back January 16th-18th btw."
