"We attended my fiancé's Work Christmas Party at the Allison Inn and were completely blown away. The elegant atmosphere, attention to detail and sustainability, and gorgeous views were all amazing. But what really made our time so memorable was the incredible service we received from the very moment arrived until we were saying our goodbyes. The staff was accommodating and friendly, which is what you would hope for, but every staff I met and spoke with all seemed genuinely happy to be there. It was very clear to me that the hotel takes good care of both their guests AND their staff. The staff was willing and enthusiastic to help me with everything I needed. I have rigid dietary restrictions so the bartenders were sweet and helped me brainstorm a mocktail I could have that I could enjoy. We ended choosing martenelli with their house-made grenadine. When I tell you that was the best grenadine I had in my entire life, please know I mean it! I came back for a second and asked why it was so good, and they told me about the ingredients and aromatics they use and steep for THREE DAYS! Absolutely incredible. My fiancé's brother won the raffle to spend the night in the penthouse and so we were invited by him to stay in the additional room. The penthouse was extremely glamorous and elegant. We got good use out of the 3 fireplaces. The soaking tub was so comfortable and relaxing. Complimentary bath salts were there for us to use. All in all, it was an incredible experience. This is a beautiful hotel that rightfully earned its reputation. I was so pleased to spend time at the lovely facility and meet so many of the lovely staff. My fiancé and I agree this would be the ideal location to celebrate our first wedding anniversary. They gave me a new definition of the kind of service I would wish for when staying somewhere. Above and beyond in every aspect."

"A Perfect Birthday Getaway at The Allison Inn & Spa My friend and I visit The Allison Inn & Spa every year for our birthdays, and they never disappoint! The rooms are spacious suites featuring fireplaces, spa-style bathrooms, soaking tubs, and elegant, modern design. Everything is spotless, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The restaurant is consistently excellent — the food is delicious, and the staff are extremely knowledgeable about wine. It’s easy to get expert pairing suggestions that perfectly complement your meal. But the true jewel is the spa. The team is always accommodating when booking reservations, and we love starting our visit by being greeted with champagne at check-in — the perfect way to begin our relaxing journey. The spa itself is tranquil, luxurious, and thoughtfully designed for total relaxation. The massage is always my favorite service — complete with soothing music, aromatherapy, and an atmosphere of total indulgence. Afterward, we enjoy a private meal paired with wine that’s been specially prepared for us. Every visit is a perfect experience in Oregon wine country — a chance to sip, savor, and relax in absolute style."

"Fabulous! First the communication with andy the concierge was first class. Arrival, the staff greeted us , nice young man just 2 weeks there doing great . Got a cheeseburger to share while we waited for our room to get ready . Best burger!!! She was so nice ! Room was incredible! Bed, sheets , everything!!! Food so awesome, we loved sitting at the chef bar to watch them cook , a gentleman from Peru was like an artist getting food ready , Matthew the head guy was absolutely awesome too. The bartenders were nice too . Cucumber martini! Haha workout room and pool so awesome. The walk outside around the trail was also beautiful! We had a great waiter in Jory wish I could remember his name gave us cupcakes for dessert for our anniversary/ birthday! In our room when we checked in they gave us snacks and a bottle of wine for our celebrations . Highly recommend this resort! Absolutely amazing. If I can say one weakness was we didnt get to try the fish and chips;) because they close the lunch kitchen down to get ready for dinner! So we had to have the incredible burgers again- rough! Haha Everyone should go to this resort ❤️"
