"Pleasantly surprised by this sweet little hotel. We experienced phenomenal customer service over the phone, when we checked in, and throughout our whole stay. The rooms are recently updated, so everything feels fresh and clean, and modern. It's quiet too! Location is excellent; downtown Bend is about a 6-minute drive. It's also closely situated near McKay Park, which was lovely to walk through and really fun to watch all the rafters, tubers, and river surfers."

View on Google"This the place is clean. The staff is friendly and attentive. All the front desk staff is awesome. The people that prepare the breakfast in the morning. Our great. There's a huge selection of the from fresh fruit pastries. Make your own Waffle. Por station, very good breakfast. The hotel is right next to the river within walking distance and trails. Beautiful area, pull and spa weight room. A very nice hotel they're working on renovating some rooms. We all know that as a process, but, uh haven't heard any construction going on.So that is good.Avoid snack bar. Way over priced, as safeway, is just five minutes away.If that."

View on Google"I enjoyed my stay at this hotel—everything about it made our ski trip so much easier. The rooms are spacious, which was great for storing all our gear without feeling cluttered. Having a kitchenette was a big plus since we could make sandwiches and snacks to bring to the mountain. The included breakfast was also a nice touch, so we could grab a quick bite before heading out. The location is super convenient—just a short drive to the slopes and really close to both downtown and the Old Mill District. It was nice to have plenty of restaurants and shops nearby when we weren’t skiing. The staff was friendly, and the whole experience was smooth and hassle-free. I’d definitely stay here again."
