She was professional, patient, kind and thorough, ensuring everything was clearly explained and handled smoothly no matter how many questions I had. Her welcoming attitude and attention to detail immediately set a high standard for the property. As someone in customer service and sales, I can say with confidence that employees like Chinay directly impact guest satisfaction, repeat business, and overall hotel ratings. She is a strong asset to this team and deserves formal recognition from management for her performance with a raise and bonus! "Our room was fantastic! Separate seating area from the bedroom, very clean & comfortable. Andrea at the bar was such a gem and food & drinks were well priced and tasty! Outside seating area with fireplace was a nice bonus after a long 70° November day. Well stocked food & drink pantry and friendly fellow guests. Best stay we’ve had in this area!"

"Not only is this property very nicely appointed, but the onsite team is first rate! Despite being there for the saddest of occasions (i.g., a funeral) the onsite team, namely Char, Halima, Shayla, Angel and others, made the time there feel like home away from home. They got this right from top to bottom. I highly recommend this property when in the Concord Mills area as the team does a phenomenal job ensuring guests are cared for. I also highly suggest the team be compensated accordingly for the OUTSTANDING job they each do every day (corporate...please take note!)"
