That moment alone defines what makes this place special. After a smooth and warm check-in, you head to your room, which beautifully continues the hotel’s style. The design is elegant, thoughtful, and inviting. Everything is spotless and perfectly maintained. You can tell that housekeeping takes real pride in quality, and that attention to detail creates a deep sense of comfort and peace — the kind you usually only feel at home. One detail I especially love are the rocking chairs in front of the hotel. On warm days, they invite you to sit, relax, and soak in the North Carolina lifestyle — as if you were sitting on your own porch. People pass by, greet each other, smile, and exchange a few friendly words. It feels familiar, welcoming, and genuine. I can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel, not only for business stays, but also as a place to truly switch off. Sitting by the fireplace with a book or striking up easy conversations with complete strangers comes naturally here. Wonderful place to stay and my only place to stay when I’m around moving forward. Great food options at the restaurant on the ground floor. Excellent staff, exquisite interior decor and well priced. "I love staying at The Mayton Inn when visiting family in Cary and Raleigh❣️It is so warm and inviting when you walk in. There is a great vibe and it’s right on Cary Park and close to everything in Downtown Cary. I had a King Suite this time with a remodeled bathroom! It was spacious with lots of windows and lovely views of the fall trees and quaint streets. Their restaurant has the best chef and servers. I’ve had delicious breakfasts there, brunches and dinners, and we even had our family Thanksgiving there! 🦃 I invite my colleagues to come visit me in the library for tea, or for drinks in the bar and patio. The servers make it special. They’re warm, friendly, knowledgeable and have always gone out of their way to make my stay and dining experiences special. Also, big shout out to Russel, Thomas and Paul for making my stay this time even more memorable."
