"Located close to major transport links with a large shopping mall with retail and food outlets, 5 minutes walk away. Rooms are spacious and the whole hotel is well maintained. Decent gym and swimming pool on level 5. Staff friendly and efficient. Breakfast does a very good buffet. Would definitely stay again"

Strong Points: Daily room service, complimentary water and toiletries, refrigerator, adjustable thermostat control, comfortable beds, firm pillows, and the fluffiest comforters I have ever slept under, valet service, and conveniently located to MetLife Stadium and restaurants. Weak Points: Bath towels felt like sandpaper, disappointing showerheads. Restaurant on site but a reservation needed; I didn't have one so I didn't eat there."

View on Google"Stayed here 3 nights while on a quick trip to NYC. Loved the location, felt very safe, great and attentive valet parking services. Great restaurant inside the hotel. What went south a little bit for us was the water pressure in the shower in the room. It was weak, and as a tall person, I had a hard time under the shower head when it didn’t point at an angle super well. Also, we had to flush the toilet a few times to get it to flush correctly. Other than that, the hotel offered great views, great service, and we were overall satisfied with it."
