Crystal Springs Resort

"My family traveled to NJ for a wedding. We've been to NJ before, but not this area. We were EXHAUSTED after airports and could feel the "people" germs from the flight. Our room was so clean and I've never been so happy to shower. The entire resort was so beautiful and responsive. Outside of warm cookies and cold milk after dinner, it could not have been better. As a small town girl, I think people from bigger cities are hilarious. We had this woman, Angela, as our bartender and she matched my wit. Her positivity was great so we were so excited to see her again at a mixology class that I originally didn't want to go to but my husband dragged me to it. Angela made it SO fun and I highly recommend doing it if you have doubts. The fact that she remembered our faces AND names was remarkable. We were exhausted but she had huge energy. There were so many other great people there that helped us. I wish I remembered everyone's names. The whole weekend was great and I'm sure it'll be worth the "people germs" flying home. 10 outta 10, highly recommend."

"I stayed here on a business trip, and this place is absolutely beautiful. While it is a higher-end resort, it is truly worth every penny. The rooms are set up like mini apartments, complete with a kitchen, stove, dishwasher, washer, and dryer. The amenities and service are top-notch. I especially enjoyed relaxing by the fireplace while watching TV in the comfort of my room. The outdoor grounds are stunning and very well maintained. The food was excellent, and overall I had a wonderful experience. If you're looking for a quick getaway, I highly recommend booking at Crystal Springs."

"Let me start off by saying that I love this resort and have been coming here with my family since It first opened. And I have visited during all seasons. My biggest complaints revolve around the winter months. During the summer there are multiple pools available with ample seating. In the winter though, the only swimming is in the biosphere and the adjacent pool but the only seating is in the biosphere. Typically, unless you get up soon after the pool opens, it is nearly impossible to find seats. During the afternoon you will typically see families standing around for a while searching for seats to put their belongings down and to rest. Considering how much it costs to stay at this beautiful resort it seams inappropriate that you can't enjoy the pool in the winter without having to stand around for a while for someone to give up their seat or to sit in a seat while seeing other families hovering over you waiting for your seat to open. It seems to me that It would be worth it to try to expand the biosphere in order to make more room for additional seating so that the patrons can relax and enjoy themselves. On a lesser note, in the summer there is a section off of the back deck with a pool table, pingpong tables and a foosball table. It would be nice to set aside a recreation room inside the hotel with similar entertainment for people to enjoy inside during the colder months. I also heard a rumor that a fourth restaurant might be opening besides, La Tour, Crystal Tavern and Springs Bistro to offset the restaurant crowds and offer additional options. That would be icing on the cake."
