"Anthony was an amazing host and made sure our stay was amazing. Rooms are at or above expectation. Very clean, comfortable beds and good water pressure in the shower. Wawa and dollar store across the street is very convenient. Would stay again and suggest to friends."

"Had a Very Good Stay for 3 Nights. The Room was Extremely Nice and Recently Renovated. The People at the Front Desk were Very Nice. Free Breakfast and Coffee from 7:30am - 9:30am. I would Highly Recommend this Place and will definitely be staying here again in the future."

"We stayed here while attending a funeral for a family member in the area. It was conveniently located near our family in the area. Room was very comfortable and clean. Staff was super friendly. We didn't plan to eat the breakfast that was advertised, which was actually not available due to some sort of issue. I would definitely stay here again."

"Crystal Inn and Suites was a great room option for myself and my three kids. The staff was great and very kind, and the rooms were very clean. They are close to Ocean City and Atlantic City boardwalks also. We are very pleased with our stay and will be coming back."

Tub types, explained

What's the difference between a jacuzzi, whirlpool, and soaking tub?

Jacuzzi

Technically a brand name, but used generically for any jetted tub. In hotel listings, "jacuzzi suite" almost always means a private in-room tub with built-in air or water jets. Heat is usually preset; jets are user-controlled.

Whirlpool

Functionally identical to a jacuzzi — water jets circulate heated water for a massage effect. The term is more common at Marriott, Hilton, and Wyndham brands. Most "whirlpool suites" hold two adults comfortably.

Soaking tub

Deeper than a standard bathtub, usually 18–22 inches, but with no jets. Common in boutique and luxury hotels — quieter, more spa-like, and better for a long hot soak than the jet-driven hum of a jacuzzi.

Hot tub

In strict use, a standalone heated tub holding 100°F+ water. In hotel marketing, often used interchangeably with jacuzzi or whirlpool. A genuine in-room "hot tub" with full thermostat control is rare outside cabin-style resorts.
