"Once I was able to obtain the suite I was pleased with, the stay was excellent! However, I had to personally request the fiore suite in a high floor in the original tower because although that type of suite was available, they gave me a low floor at first. Customer service was exceptional. They were able to accommodate my request with understanding and kindness. They also offered me a late check-out, which we really appreciated. I recommend using the beautiful, modern facilities at the new tower (restaurant and bar, indoor pool, gym), but not a stay there as the hallway and rooms have a motel-like appearance... very different from the original Borgata tower."

"I've been staying here for the past 3 years one weekend a year for a workplace christmas party and its always a blast. The lobby bar is a lot of fun with amazing live music. The drinks were always made right and the steak dinner is always delicious in the casino. Slot machines are always fun and you can't beat that smoking section in case you didn't want to go outside for a smoke. I can't wait to go back next year!"

"Possibly the best casino in Atlantic City. Plenty of slots and table games. Variety of restaurants, there's a restaurant for every budget. Staff members are very friendly, making your stay very pleasant. Rooms are good size."
