"Subject: Complaint Regarding Housekeeping Service Failure – Request for Towels Not Delivered (January 18, 2026) Dear Hotel Manager, I am writing to formally express my disappointment with the housekeeping service during my recent stay at your property. On the morning of January 18, 2026, my wife directly asked the housekeeper on duty for additional clean towels. The housekeeper instructed her to call the housekeeping department by phone to make the request. Following those instructions, my wife immediately called and requested new clean towels for our room. Unfortunately, despite the call being placed promptly in the morning, no one from housekeeping ever delivered the requested towels. We waited throughout the day without any response or follow-up, which was inconvenient and frustrating—especially as we were paying guests expecting basic amenities to be provided in a timely manner. This experience fell well below the standard of service I have come to expect from your hotel. Simple requests like fresh towels should be handled efficiently, particularly when staff direct guests to follow a specific procedure. I kindly ask that you look into this matter with your housekeeping team to prevent similar issues for other guests in the future. "Affordable and clean! Liked · We were very comfortable. The pool and hot tub were the deciding factor in choosing this location, so it was well worth it. The room was clean and had a great view. We were able to get a room on the 28th floor so the view was amazing. The resort tower was clean and the gift shop was open until midnight on the weekends. The beds were very comfy, and very clean. The room was really big! The staff was helpful and accommodating! I love that you needed a key to use the elevators to reach the hotel floors. There was free parking and we felt safe the entire stay. Disliked · There is no fan in the bathroom, which was odd. Everything else was great!"

"My family spent Christmas night in one of your petite suites. It could not have been better! My granddaughters loved the spa tub! We all appreciated how much room there was! The beds were comfortable and we all slept well. Rosie's is expensive for a family of four. We split two meals and they were delicious. The kids had a blast at the fun center. Front desk staff was great! Even though they were working on Christmas, everyone was cheerful and helpful! Patricia was wonderful when I called to upgrade to the suite. All in all, it was a wonderful experience!"
