About The Hotel

Tucked near Reno’s airport, this Holiday Inn Express has a secret weapon for tired travelers: in-room hot tubs that will make you forget all about your travel stress. Not every room has a whirlpool, so when you book, specifically request a Jacuzzi suite to guarantee your personal relaxation zone.

Guests really like this hotel - it ranks #8 out of 67 in Reno on TripAdvisor with a solid 4.5 rating. The in-room hot tubs are a major reason why. After a long day of business meetings or exploring Nevada’s landscape, you can sink into your private bubbling water and feel the day’s tension melt away. The tubs are spacious enough for two and hot enough to soothe sore muscles.

Beyond the awesome hot tubs, the hotel offers solid extras like free parking, airport shuttle, and pet-friendly rooms. The indoor pool is nice, but honestly, once you’ve tried the in-room Jacuzzi, you might never want to leave your room. Pro tip: Book early, as the hot tub rooms go fast. This isn’t just a place to sleep - it’s a mini-spa experience right in your own hotel room.

"This whole place is so clean that they have to add the stickers to the windows so people don't run into them. I am really enjoying my stay here. The breakfast is standard here and not above and beyond like a few other IHG locations. Some road noise but I dont mind it. Super friendly staff. Kinda outta of the way so not much street action going on. My room has a jacuzzi and it is definitely nice after a long day."

"Business trip this past week. Location to airport was great - early flight home and it only took me 35 minutes from time I left hotel (8 min), dropped rental, went through TSA (I do have pre check) until I was sitting at my gate. I did encounter a problem with a neighbor with a very loud tv after midnight the night before an important meeting. Long story short, Aileen who is the overnight front desk staff member is a rock star. She did all she could and eventually moved my room. I salvaged a few hours of sleep thanks to her. Breakfast is pretty good and staff there was committed to customer service ans well. Avoid an adjoining room just in case you encounter a rude neighbor like I did. The staff here (especially Aileen) is solely responsible for the 4 star rating. Without them it would have been a 3."
