"Very clean and well maintained. The grounds are very clean. Comfortable beds. All the appliances worked. It was hard to get housekeeping to tend to you during the day. So if you need housekeeping it's better to wait till the evening when they're not as busy. Checkout can be done by phone and the keycards can be left in any drop box."

"We chose this hotel out of necessity—it was the least expensive option when we made our reservation literally as we were checking in around 3 AM. Given the circumstances and the low price, we were honestly expecting very little, which is why we were so pleasantly surprised by the amount of space we got for our money! Both the bottom of the tub and the shower were noticeably filthy. This definitely needs immediate attention from housekeeping. * Unusual Layout: The room had an interesting, and potentially awkward, setup. While the shower itself was private, the bathtub was located right next to our bedroom area, which might be an issue for guests who prefer more traditional separation and privacy within their living space. It worked for us, but others may not like it. 📍 Location * Great for Non-Strip Lovers: The location is a definite plus if you are looking to avoid the hustle and bustle of the Las Vegas Strip. Just be prepared for the possibility of needing to address cleanliness issues upon arrival and consider the unique, open layout of the tub and bedroom. "Love this place stayed in a two bedroom condo. This place is right next to Southpoint Casino you can gamble, see movies, go to restaurants, see a show and hit the bars. Grandview has all the comforts of home you can make your meals, use pools and BBQ. Way better than a hotel."
