"ARIA Resort & Casino – Las Vegas We spent a good amount of time gambling at ARIA during our trip. The overall vibe of the casino is modern, clean, and upscale, and the atmosphere felt energetic without being chaotic. The layout is easy enough to navigate, and the people around us—both staff and other guests—were friendly and relaxed, which definitely helped the experience. That said, luck wasn’t on our side. We didn’t win much while gambling, which happens, but what really stood out was the lack of service from the waitstaff. During the time we were playing, we were never offered a drink—not even a quick pass-by check-in. In Vegas, that’s a noticeable miss, especially compared to other casinos where service is much more attentive. Despite that, the casino itself still has a good feel to it. It’s visually appealing, not overly loud, and attracts a decent crowd without feeling sketchy or run-down. You can tell ARIA is aiming for a more polished, upscale experience, and for the most part, it delivers on that front. Overall, there are better casinos in Vegas when it comes to gambling experience and service, but ARIA wasn’t horrible by any means. Good vibe, friendly people, just fell short on service and payouts for us. Worth checking out, but not the top of my list."

"That is a very good hotel, with a beautiful lobby and modern design. Nevertheless here and there we saw signs of overdue replacements/ refreshment (like the bath and shower section, some deco and paint, light switches etc). For comparison, part of our stay was at the Bellagio, which is much older but felt kinda fresher and revamped. And yeah - on the the outside our Aria windows were quite dirty so after multiple attempts to take day/ night panorama pictures I've just given up."

"The stay was great! I really liked it but I haven’t checked out the casino in only 20! It looks great. But I saw someone win the 11 million jackpot so I recommend going to use the casino. The room was okay but there was a lot of dust and for the snacks you have to pay so much, especially for water like for smart water you have to pay $17? Very overpriced and if you look around in the room it’s very dusty and makes you sneeze easily. And about room service is that I left the service light on ALL DAY and the room didn’t get cleaned. To make it more confusing is that the cleaning person was in the hallway when we left the room. To top it off the boy at the front desk said the pool view would be great. It wasn’t we were literally facing away from the pool and looking at only MGM park Mandalay Bay and the pyramid. The pool was beautiful though if we had only gotten the right room to view it. I also don’t recommend going to salt and ivy cafe as you would have to wait a long time to even eat there and the food is mid anyways. Jean George’s steakhouse is only good for steak and the food took a VERY long time to come. Bardot is a very good restaurant on the other hand for lunch breakfast and dinner. Overall quite nice stay if you ignore the imperfections."
