"Can't say enough about this place. A real gem. Cozy, warm, fun. My wife and I had a wonderful 2 night stay. The staff members are all friendly and very helpful. They made our stay one of the best experiences we have had. Check in. Check out. Valet Parking. Everything was so easy. The hotel itself is beautiful. The rooms are perfect. Only had 3 "issues" during our stay. The bed was a little firm for me, but my wife said it was fine. The coffee machine and shower were a bit of a challenge at first, but I eventually figured them out. I would definitely recommend this hotel and will return the next time I visit Omaha."

View on Google"Rooms a little noisy. Thin walls? Bathroom stand up shower awesome. Rain drop head and other options in there too. Beds a little soft. Maybe time for new mattresses? Room 310. Valet parking nice. Reasonable. $25. Street parking virtually non existent. Construction. And public parking minimal. Good location if going to the orpheum. Right across the street. Could use more lighting in the rooms. No complimentary in the the lobby but the nice girl in the restaurant gave us some when we were departing in the morning. No charge!👍 appreciate the good service!"

View on Google"had a brief two night stay here. staff was extremely accommodating & allowed me to check in early around 11 am for a small fee. the woman working the front desk also gave me a complimentary upgrade (her name started with a D, i cannot remember). restaurant downstairs had a lovely breakfast, rooms were stunning, and staff were friendly. will definitely be coming back, thanks hotel deco ❤️"
