"For context, I’ve stayed at over 50 Hilton properties in 2025. This Hilton is incredible. I would give it more than 5 stars if I could. Rooms are modern and temperature control works great. Bed was very comfortable. Service is where this hotel shines. Front desk staff is so nice and helpful. We had a small issue and not only did they fix it right away, they left us a note and thanked us for our business. Unlike most hotels, the hotel restaurant was actually delicious with great prices. The hotel is connected to the CHI center so if you are going to an event it’s a no brainer to stay here. Gym has a sauna and pool/hot tub. This is the only hotel I’ll be staying at in the future when visiting Omaha."

View on Google"My stay was nice! The staff was friendly and helpful. I was checked in quickly. Everything was expected with the room. Staff was very attentive to the guest as well as their jobs. Most had positive attitudes especially Melissa! She was very helpful and understanding throughout my whole stay. Great work!"

View on Google"This was an amazing stay. The rooms were nice fresh and clean. There was no covering up of mold or mildew by having the air on. It was really truly fresh and clean. The Check in a gentleman with shoulder length hair made the process seamless and Latrice was very kind and helpful, which contributed to an amazing three day two night stay. We ordered food service and it was at our door in less than 25 minutes. The bartender, Aaron, made me a wonderful pomegranate. Margarita. Everyone it didn’t matter who you talk to. They were so helpful even a guy who helped with my digital key. I can’t remember his name, but I would definitely stay here at no point was the staff unpleasant even the lady who worked in Starbucks was very generous and kind. You should definitely stay here"
