"Me and my family had a great stay at the Best Western in Omaha! The staff was super friendly and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. We only stayed one night, but it was perfect for our trip. The pool area was definitely a hit with the kids, even though they were a little loud—but honestly, that's just a sign they're having a good time, right? It didn't bother us at all. The whole experience was fantastic, and we're already planning to come back on our next trip to Omaha. This place is a solid 10 out of 10 for us!"

View on Google"Pleasantly surprised! Price was much cheaper than other hotels we usually stay at, but chose this one for the water slides for the kids. Pool is only 3 feet at the deepest, so older kids will be bored. Location looked a bit sketchy, abandoned boarded up building not too far behind, homeless people on the nearby corner. They do have the elevator locked so you need a room key to use it, so that helps with security. Rooms were decent and fairly clean (hotels are never as clean as home!). Breakfast had a very nice variety. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Great value for the price we paid!"
