"Following a stay at several other Lincoln, Nebraska hotels, we chose your establishment with limited prior knowledge. We were, however, extremely pleased with the impeccable order and welcoming service upon arrival. The room was exceptionally well-designed, spotlessly clean, and featured a spacious, modern, and pristine bathroom. The bed was remarkably comfortable and clean. The overall atmosphere was peaceful and tranquil; the dedication of the housekeeping staff to maintaining this high standard of cleanliness was clearly evident. The pool and jacuzzi were also in excellent working order and impeccable condition. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and provided a wonderful start to each day. "June 12, 2025 1:00 pm Room 128 Jennifer was the highlight of the check-in process. Her personality and customer service skills are 100%. Everything from the check-in process to the closing process the next morning went well. The breakfast is the standard Sleep Inn/Comfort Inn fare, and if you're a regular of Choice Properties, you will not be disappointed here. For those who haven't been to a Sleep Inn or a Comfort Inn... usually, you'll find a great mattress, good pillows, and bedding. Bathrooms usually have all towels and toiletries fresh and not worn out. Carpets can be a hit or miss. Preferably no carpets, so that way drinks, bodily fluids, or animal waste isn't lingering and present. Some hoteliers that are shady will do half-baked spot cleaning. None of these places are without their flaws, but this location has very few. My understanding is that it's possible management may try to get around the rules that Choice Properties has for the Diamond Club/Executive members such as extended check-in out times and other accommodations that are written into perks for such members. Make sure you're not taken advantage of should that come up. Again, this is a nice hotel, and make sure you use the Choice App for your reservations and not Third Party apps. Hotel management can not help you if you experience an issue with booking fees, dates...etc. Those things can not be solved at the counter. I've seen it dozens of times. YouTube Video Reviews:"
