"Let me just say I was very impressed by our experience. First off the two guys that helped me check in were very professional and kind! They could see I was stressed and made the process so easy. The rooms were very nice for the price! And on top of everything the waterpark was so much fun for my daughter. For a free breakfast the food was much better than i have had at other hotels. Hotel was very clean and I highly recommend"

"Bill was one of the greatest hosts we have ever experienced. We arrived Christmas evening and he welcomed us with kindness. There were no restaurants open so he made us a croissant sandwich from the kitchen. We travel often and have rarely seen his caliber of service. You have a treasure in this employee! We booked the jacuzzi suite and it was spacious and beautiful."

"After reviewing my credit card statement, there was an additional $121 in charges pending. I called the hotel and they said they charge $10 per day for parking, $75 for pets(I'm pretty sure I was quoted 50 in advance) and $25 for incidentals. They said $95 will remain but the rest will not be charged. The room was clean, the shower drains onto the bathroom floor and the toilet paper didn't fit properly on the holder so it kept falling on the soaking wet floor, breakfast is decent, the indoor water park is the only reason we return (the pool towels are the size of hand towels though), customer service was good, overall stay was good but the $10 parking fee per day should be included in the price per night."
