"My husband and I were here in November 2025 for one night. We loved that there was a bar/restaurant right in the hotel. We especially liked the help at the desk when we were checking in. I believe the girl behind the desk was new, Melissa. There was a young man , Frank, who was helping her (and us) getting checked in and figuring out our IHG rewards. He was a lot of help, and come to find out, he was already done with his shift, and punched out on the time clock. He was super friendly and kind. We were so impressed with the care they both showed in doing their jobs. Bravo! Room was nice, clean and comfortable."

View on Google"I stay here while traveling for work a few times a month and I absolutely love it! The rooms are wonderful, the beds are comfortable, and the service is AMAZING!! Sabrina and George are awesome people and love taking care of their guests. I will never stay at another hotel while I’m Great Falls because of the service! Jared, and Julian are always awesome when checking in and out. The restaurant is amazing and they have the best servers! I can’t remember all of their names, but Brian and Flip are awesome, and the brown haired lady serving breakfast yesterday was so sweet! I seriously LOVE this hotel and will recommend it to everybody. Thank you guys!"

View on Google"Easy hotel to get into and get out. Pool area is great. Casino inside with restaurant. There is no continental breakfast (not free), heads up, but that is the least of my concerns. Staff is extremely nice. Room was clean. Thank you. I enjoyed my time here."
