What guests are saying about Best Western Plus Riverfront Hotel & Suites.
"Stayed one night in our way home. Very pet friendly which we needed since we were traveling with our dogs. The hotel was clean and welcoming. Staff was friendly. Our room was also very clean and spacious. Breakfast was good but fewer offerings then other BW. Downside: it was the loud! I know the hotel cannot help the train schedule. Trains rolled through at least 3 times overnight blaring the horn. I don't know how anybody sleeps in this city the way the trains run through! Also our room was at the very end of the hallway so every time the outer door was closed a loud bang was heard in the room. Sometimes it would shake the walls!"

We walked a lot that morning to get the stiffness out, the pillows didn't work well for me either. At home we each sleep on Saatva. After this experience, I will be giving that company great reviews. The room was clean, and tidy. We did not eat breakfast, nor did we use any other amenities. The front desk lady was efficient, and kind. The price seemed high."

View on Google"Hotel was acceptable. Definitely on the nosier side, as the street directly in front of the hotel has quite a lot of traffic. There must be some industry in the immediate area because a lot of the traffic was bigger trucks. The breakfast was good though, and the beds were comfortable. We took a walk in the evening, and it was nice being able to be right next to the Missouri River. The Great Falls historic downtown is a charming place."
