View on Google"Games are fun and not too tight. My experience was a Rollercoaster. Gentleman (security) at the door very friendly and helpful to a new comer. Cage to get a card, only one person working. She was very sweet but there was quite a line waiting for her. Slots were up and down...the usual which is what makes it exciting. Had fun losing, winning, losing, being even, then winning again! ALL FUN and NICE EMPLOYEES. The casino experience I enjoy! ...EXCEPT THE LADY AT THE CAFE!!! There was a huge line and she paid no attention to the customers she didnt personally know! She ignored people in front of me in line and i saw several walk/stomp away for obvious reasons. She wouldn't have been so backed up if she helped customers in line one by one...instead she picked people she knew all around the counter. It was more like she was hoping everyone would walk away from the line, leaving just those she liked and knew....so bad for business. I am sorry. I love Ameristar Properties. I am not from here just here for work for a couple months. It only takes one person to ruin your whole experience or memory of a place. Thank goodness your other employees are delightful!"
