What guests are saying about Best Western Plus Cypress Creek:
"The place is clean and the beds are comfortable. We travel a lot and this hotel is better than most. Staff was very friendly, and they let us have a late checkout. My only complaint would be when we walked into our room, we immediately smelled a mildew type of smell."

View on Google"Absolutely love this location not far from any one attraction in the area. The pool was great when it wasn't filled to max capacity and the suite was comfortable. Also includes an amazingly well done breakfast in the morning. Including yogurt and good toppings. Downsides are the phone only allowed calls to the front desk not matter how you used them and the walls are kind of thin. Noise travels pretty far in these halls."

View on Google"Stayed here four nights and check in and out was a breeze. The room was as advertised but they never cleaned the room our entire stay. We had to ask for more towels and we took care of the garbage ourselves. The breakfast was standard hot eggs, sausage, biscuits and cereal, juice, coffee, bread for toast. The location was right off interstate 10 which was great. The day of check out the elevator was out of order and it was more work to leave being we were on the third floor."
