"I stayed here for a work trip and had a genuinely great experience. The staff was kind across the board, and they made the whole week feel a lot lighter. The two free drinks in the evening were a fun surprise, and the bartenders kept the vibe easy. We had a little luggage mishap, and Monique went above and beyond trying to help us sort it out. She didn’t have to spend that much time on it, but she did — and it made a huge difference. Paulina took great care of us at breakfast, and Mark and Larry at the front desk were incredibly helpful and just good people. All those small kindnesses added up and made our business trip way more enjoyable. I’d stay here again without hesitation."

"Let me start by saying my very first positive interaction was with Marc, and he set the tone for our entire visit. His kindness, patience, and willingness to answer all of our questions, with no hesitation or frustration, truly made us feel welcome. Because of him, my BFF and I decided to have an overnight staycation together. We’ve been friends for many years and hadn’t done something like that in a long time, so this visit was special. It may seem like a small thing, but it spoke volumes about their care and professionalism. From the manager’s reception in the evening to the wonderful breakfast in the morning, everything was exceptional. "My room was perfect. Nice comfy bed. Shower could of used a little more water pressure but that is the world we live in for now. Was quite the whole time while there. Breakfast was great! Service while checking out was a little lack luster but the job got done."
