"This is our go to hotel when we travel to Monroe. The staff is very friendly. We had a few problems with one of our rooms, on this last trip, and everything was fixed really fast. I was actually really impressed. Big selection of foods at breakfast and the coffee is always fresh. I also like that they have flavored creamers (it's the little things). We had two rooms and both were clean and the beds very comfortable. Everyone slept well. The pool isn't freezing cold but a pleasant cool temp. The gym has some nice equipment but is a bit warm. It could really use a large fan or the temp turned down 2-3°"

View on Google"not bad looks like the bathroom was not cleaned toilet remnants from the last stay bowl and underside of seat, no toilet paper, kleenex did the job, foot slipped in shower to the side of tube looked like soap was in tube from cleaning, maybe because the tub took about 10 minutes to drain, I don't take. long showers. my socks were fine from walking around day for that, all in all it was ok"
