"Shout Out to Don! Thank you so much for your above-and-beyond professionalism and willingness to exceed my needs, accommodations, and expectations while staying here tonight. I constantly cross the “Mighty Mac” and have always wanted to stay here. I am happy I finally had the opportunity! This hotel is very close to the city and has a wide variety of room styles while retaining a very nice, quiet, and clean accommodation at a reasonable cost. I stayed here in the off-season. If you do, plan ahead of time and note that fewer places are open and the ones open tend to close earlier however, there are still a few local establishments open nearby for food, drink, and convince. If you stay here in the summer… enjoy a nice and clean hotel within walking distance to everything in the city. Thank you for a great experience and a peaceful evening."

"I was stranded in Mackinaw City for a couple days when my car broke down while traveling through. The entirety of staff welcomed me like family. They went above and beyond to make sure my experience was as enjoyable as possible. I could not thank them enough for everything they did for me while I was there. Everything about the time I spent there was absolutely wonderful. Genuinely some of the nicest people I have ever met."
