View on Google"Check in process was very smooth. This was our first time here, a family of 6. We had the accessible room which was very spacious and clean for our family. Loved the waterpark it has something for everyone. Would definitely come back again. Lots to do in the area for dining or fast food all near by. Shopping as well everything is between 5-15 minutes away."

View on Google"Most friendly staff ever! Seriously! From the housekeepers, wait staff, ropes course staff, arcade staff, they were all just so nice. The place is kept up very nice and clean including the waterpark. So much for our two boys to do. Went as a group with my in laws and brother in law and their kids and so the cousins really got to have fun in our joined rooms. From 8-9 am the arcade has free and half-off games which was so awesome and we did that every morning. Lots of options in the waterpark and pools for toddlers and younger kids as well as older of course. I loved the large fruit bowl at Oma's Restaurant each morning. Loved the retractable clothesline in the shower for our wet bathing suits. Enjoyed the ropes course and rock climbing! Enjoyed walking over the covered bridge each night to the Bavarian Inn restaurant. Nice view out of our hotel room which faced out the back at the rolling hills, river, and village."
