"My family and I go to this hotel nearly every year in the winter. This year I came with my fiancé and I was pretty disappointed. There was candy on the floor by the bed, the toilet paper had not been restocked, one of the rolls was almost out. The second we got here and I washed my hands. I had to call maintenance because our drain came loose and wouldnt drain. And our door, like half way down has a huge crack in it. If someone were to look through that even if its closer to the ground. They would be able to see across the room. Thats not comforting at all. We havent tried the pool yet, but we plan to tonight. The last time I was here and was down there, there were big clumps of hair floating around. Customer service has always been good, and maintence came right away. But id still like to see things being fixed by the time I come back next year."
