"Every aspect of our stay was amazing. When we checked in our room was not ready because of a shortage of staff. However, the front desk worker, Alexandra, accommodated us above and beyond expectations and was consistently kind and attentive. Coffee was hot and fresh and complimentary at the Inn Cafe, and the staff at the Sagamore room allowed us to use the microwave to prepare specialty foods for my special needs kids and then stayed open later for us the following day. We will definitely stay here again, and highly recommend it to anyone!"

"What a wonderful stay. At check in I let the front desk know it was my boyfriend’s birthday. They sent a complimentary bottle of champagne to the room with a nice card! The food in all locations was great. Drinks were ok. They also gave my boyfriend a complimentary dessert with dinner. Loved everything!"

"Outstanding 4 star hotel with 5 star service by the staff. Every single staff member we interacted went out if their way to make our day. Loved the decor and set up of the hotel. The fireplace in the room was a nice touch. Giving Starbucks for free in the Cafe and free valet were both 5 star level items and much appreciated. One very minor gripe would be the shower amenities jn large bottles. I know so many hotels have gone to this post covid but it is super annoying. I am in about 8 hotels a month and this problem affects all.of them with these bottles about 10% of the time. The body wash bottle was empty. Of course you dont know this until you are in the shower. As I said this affects every hotel who has gone to this method and I absolutely hate it. I hope all the hotels will go back to minis again. This hotel is an absolute gem and we will definetly be back. Highly recommended!"
