"i have stayed at Hilton Garden Inn and Hampton Inn many times, as I travel to Maryland every two months and often stay here. Tomikia is always incredibly helpful, kind, genuine, and very patient. Many of the younger staff are polite, but they don’t always enjoy answering a lot of questions. Tomikia is different—she always takes the time to explain everything clearly and in detail whenever we ask. very professional! I truly appreciate her excellent service and positive attitude. I love her so much, and I will definitely be back."
