View on Google"Im having trouble remembering her name, but the woman that worked the day shift at the front desk n Tuesday 4/8 really went above and beyond!!!! We were having car trouble on a road trip to Indiana and stopped in Frostburg for the night to get the car fixed. Definitely a stressful situation. Quality Inn was our refuge for the night. The room was super clean and had a welcoming note from the cleaning staff (Shout out to Amber!!!). The next day we had to navigate getting the car fixed and back on the road. The woman at the front desk that day was just so helpful. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience in such a stressful situation. Thank you Quality Inn! And thank you to the wonderful woman at the front desk Tuesday, she really saved us!!!"
