Wingate by Wyndham Lake Charles Casino Area

"I know I know it’s long but context is important here… I drove 5 hours to this hotel for my husbands Christmas party at a casino down the road. I had a complete melt down about my outfit and left for the party. Once we were there I realized I left my I.D. at the hotel which is very important when you plan on drinking and gambling. I called the front desk and crossed my fingers. The absolute gem Mo working the front desk went to my dug through my very messy and massive purse to find my I. D. and instead of just sending it on the next shuttle to the casino.. She recruited the amazing Melissa, that is the housekeeping supervisor, who personally drove my I. D. to the casino. Unfortunately, my husband isn’t as amazing as these women and I would have to go back to the hotel in the shuttle by myself to get it because he had no plans on leaving the party. And a half drunk women alone in a city did not sound fun to me. If you are an important person in the company and reading this review. GIVE THESE GIRLS A RAISE! If they went above and beyond for little ole me I’m sure they are doing it for everyone and they deserve to be recognized and rewarded!! Thank you ladies again for saving my night. Y’all are literally the best!!"

"While we were hoping for a better time in LC, my husbands power wheelchair decided otherwise! We werent able to attend the concert but the staff at this hotel went above and beyond, even coming to our room to try to help. A special thanks to the young man who helped push us to our vehicle!!"
