What guests are saying about Quality Suites Baton Rouge East Denham Springs.
"I was hesitant to book this hotel after reading some reviews online that talked about how nasty lect it was. I had an excellent experience at an excellent price as a choice member, I checked in about 7:00 p.m. On a nasty cold, rainy Friday night and the attendant at the counter was helpful. Courteous and they put me into room 201. It was clean and quiet. I checked out it 6:30 in the morning and a typical Quality inn breakfast was served on time. If I'm back through a need a room in Baton Rouge I will stop here again."

View on Google"The room we reserved had been checked out to someone else. No stopper in the sink. The shower handle did not work properly. The clothes rack was lower on the left side than the right. The outside and the lobby look good. The room had maintenance issues that could easily be fixed. The room was dark. The staff was professional."

View on Google"The area felt a little shady, especially rolling in after dark. Not as bad looking in the morning. The hotel feels a little cruddy. While all in all it was a good place to stop overnight to rest, not sure we would stay there again. The rooms face a central promenade and when doors closed hard almost anywhere there was noise and/or a small pressure caused rattle at our door. That caused our dog to growl off and on all night. It also took a long time for the AC to cool down the room. Wife thought the tub was a bit dirty too. Also had no remote to TV that was already on. Granted we could have pulled plug or complained to front desk, so not all on them because we didn't until leaving."
