View on Google"For a place that claims to be Pet Friendly, they sure have a lot to say to anyone that comes to this hotel with pets. Not only have I had a friend stay up there and be told that the room they came out of was “bad” when they left under MULTIPLE different reasons for every stay but I have also had a friend stay there and say that they had problems with STAFF TRYING TO ENTER THEIR ROOMS BEFORE THEY CHECK OUT. I have had a friend with a cat say they claimed that the cat scratched the wall, which it couldn’t. Because it had claw caps on. The other had two dogs with DIAPERS ON and they claimed the dogs peed everywhere. I’ve stayed up there and there was a rude woman working front desk! She’s not “sassy” but just down right rude! From commenting on my mother to the way we left the room (which wasn’t bad at all, we requested a massive bag specifically to clean for the house keepers) and even calling STUPID EARLY when there was a note left on file that we were getting a later checkout. There were two staff that were really sweet but that Ana or whoever is rude and a drama mama! Edit: Rating this 5 stars now so the owners response doesn’t get buried in the one star review pile that Google supresses— Since I “don’t even deserve a response” from the owners of the hotel… I’ll simply say this as a TLDR— They are rude, inconsiderate, horrifically disrespectful, and absolutely disgusting people with every excuse in the book as to why they can’t or simply won’t treat you with human decency. If you want a quality experience where you’re valued as a customer go to Home2 by Hilton or some other Hilton hotel that actually values your experience and the things you have to say and recommend. Only go here if you want the owner to tell you all the things that’s wrong with you and the people that stay with you or if you want to hear him disrespect the workers that don’t meet his standards and use his life as an excuse. 💁♀️🤷♀️ L.
