"Super clean and everyone was super kind and very professional. I want to give a special thank you to Tessa (Manager). Her staff made the most awesome breakfast have ever had at any hotel n my life. Pulled chicken and pork. Seasoned potatoes, sausage was on point. Thank you very much"

View on Google"I travel for work most of the month and stay at Hilton properties regularly. This location has been updated, which is nice, though the hotel itself shows signs of age. Hallway carpet squares are pulled up and there are space heaters positioned throughout common areas. That said, my room was clean and the bed is comfortable. The main issue was the room assignment. I specifically booked a suite with an accessible bathtub, but upon check-in I was placed in a room with a roll-in shower instead. My room is also on the back side of the hotel facing Hwy 75, which is very loud at night, if you’re a light sleeper you may want to request a room on the front side of the property. When I called the front desk, I was told there are only four rooms with tubs and they were all occupied, and that there were no other rooms available away from the highway. I completely understand when hotels are fully booked or room types aren’t available, but proactive communication makes a big difference. Even a quick heads-up at check-in (e.g., “We’re sold out of that room type tonight, but here’s the best alternative”) would have set expectations better and avoided confusion. Overall, the stay is fine for a short business trip. clean rooms and comfortable beds, but the lack of communication around room type assignments and noise levels made the experience less enjoyable than expected, especially as someone who relies on accurate room descriptions when booking."

My only issue is I am not a fan of heavy synthetic fragrances the the lobby was pumped full of it. It smelled ok, but was way more than needed."
